Do You Provide Sod or Artificial Turf Installation?
We do provide both, however both are based on availability or material, season, and current waitlist customers. If you are interested, please feel free to reach out to us for more information. At this time, we are currently not providing artificial turf estimates due to an extended waitlist for material. Sod has been backordered until further notice, but we can offer other alternatives to help get your yard looking as clean and green as possible. Whether you want just a one-time service, or you want to have services performed year-round to prevent further pest infestation, we offer one-time, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly pest control services for a plethora of pests.
What is And How Does the Monthly Lawn and Ornamental Program work?
The monthly Lawn and Ornamental Program (L&O) is our most exclusive and popular program which offers a variety of services throughout the year. The L&O program helps ensure your yard, lawn and plants around your home remain in tip-top shape throughout the year. With the program, you will receive one to two services, at your discretion, every single month throughout the calendar year, all for a great program price. The program is designed around climate, pests, and other influencing factors that could affect your yard, trees, and plants. Depending on the time of year, we will provide your yard with the necessary treatments like foliar sprays, fertilizing, winterizing, or weed control. If you have any other questions or concerns, feel free to give us a call and we can clarify and explain further.
Does My Service Come With a Guarantee?
Good news! A majority of our services do come with a guarantee. Please be sure that you follow the guidelines on your estimate, work order, or invoice for your service(s). If you are in any doubt, give our offices a call and we will be more than happy to clarify how the guarantee system works and if you are eligible for a guarantee.
I Need to Pay My Bill or Outstanding Balance, What Do I Need to Do?
First off, thank you for paying your bill, we greatly appreciate your business and look forward to servicing your home/business again soon! We do accept checks through mail, in-person, or over-the-phone. If you are wanting to pay with a credit card, please give us a call to provide your information for payment. If you are paying with cash, please be advised, our crew members do NOT carry change; we ask that you either provide exact change, request the remainder to be applied to your account as a credit, or pay with an alternative form of payment. We are working at creating an online portal for online payments, thank you for your patience!
Why Have My Services Been Suspended Or Put on Hold?
A customer’s services might be suspended or put on hold for a variety of reasons. Most of the time, services are suspended until the balance on a customer’s account is paid in full or until arrangements are made for removing suspension. If you are having this issue, please give us a call so that we can look into your account and get you squared away. We get it, we are all forgetful!
The Weather Looks Questionable, Do I Need To Reschedule or Cancel My Upcoming Service(s)?
Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, but fortunately we will not penalize you for rescheduling due to inclement weather (upon our discretion). Because Delta’s services are reliant on the weather, we do our best to notify customers ahead of hand if the weather is inclement. Be advised, rescheduling can occur the day of your service and we might have to reschedule your service(s). There will not be a fee for us having to reschedule you the day of your service(s), and you will get priority when rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding, we do our utmost to ensure we accommodate everyone accordingly.
When Should I Be Receiving a Call To Schedule My Service(s)?

If you are still waiting to be scheduled for services, please be advised that due to limited availability of staff during this unprecedented time, we have taken the initiative of creating a waitlist to accommodate customers as much as possible. If you wish to be removed from the waitlist, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may continue serving each one of our waiting customers. Please be advised that if you remove your waitlist, you are forfeiting your position in line. If you have already received an estimate and are awaiting verification of availability to commence services, please bear with us as we are doing our best to accommodate each of our customers.
