¹ Monthly and One-Time prices reflect properties that are 2,000 sq ft or less. All plans (except One-Time Services) require a 12-month (annual) service agreement that renews automatically. Prices are subject to change. Some services may be limited or unavailable during certain times of the year. Service frequency will vary based on geography. Offers and specials cannot be combined with DeltaGuard℠ pricing. Delta reserves the right to refuse service to anyone and/or cancel memberships without a refund or if customer method of payment is no longer valid. 

² DeltaGuard℠ Prime+ must include both regularly scheduled pest control and extended exterior power sprays to remain eligible for plan pricing and benefits.

⁴ DeltaGuard℠ plans do not include the following pests: honey bees, flies, lice, dust mites, mosquitoes, exterior ticks, ornamental/turf pests, slugs, snails, termites, wildlife, birds, and brown recluse spiders. Fire ants are only covered if they are in the home, we will not treat the lawn. Home must be free of bed bugs at the initial service to qualify for coverage of bed bugs under the DeltaGuard℠ Prime+ plan. Requires purchase of a new DeltaGuard℠ Prime+ agreement. ⁵ Prime Coverage includes: "House" Ants, Bird Mites, Indoor Ticks, Cockroaches, Carpet Beetles, Fabric Moths, Overwintering Insects, Ground Beetles, Centipedes, Crickets, Earwigs, Firebrats, Millipedes, Clover Mites, Pillbugs/Sowbugs, Psocids, Scorpions, Silverfish, Paper Wasps, Springtails, Spiders, Stored Product Beetles, Stored Product Moths.

⁶ Prime+ Coverage includes: Black Widow Spiders, Brown Recluse Spiders, Bed Bugs, Fleas (interior only), Bumble Bees, Carpenter Bees, Solitary Ground Bees, Yellowjackets, Hornets, Baldfaced Hornets, Crazy Ants, Carpenter Ants, and Fire Ants.

⁷ If the customer has an infestation of bees, fleas, indoor ticks, cockroaches, brown recluse spiders, carpet beetles, fabric moths, stored product pests, mice, or rats present at time of initial inspection, a curative upcharge will apply.
