Whether you want just a one-time service, or you want to have services performed year-round to prevent further pest infestation, we offer one-time, monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly pest control services for a plethora of pests.
Absolutely! Mosquito season changes and varies with the climate. Fortunately, we are always armed and ready to tackle those pesky mosquitoes. Here at Delta, we offer preventive (defensive) mosquito control as well as our traditional (offensive) mosquito control. If you live in an area where there are canals, rivers, or a plethora of standing/ponding water, you should be looking at our best-of-both-worlds. We can provide larvicide tablets or buckets that help prevent mosquitoes from growing into adulthood as well as treating your yard for flying (mature) mosquitos capable of biting and transmitting disease. Let’s bite them back and knock them down, before it’s too late!
Unfortunately, Delta does not treat termites but we do have a connection with a great team of termite warriors who would be more than happy to assist you. If we can’t do it, we only recommend the highest quality in pest control alternatives. Give us a call, we can either see if we can check it out or we can provide you with the information and steps necessary to ensure your home is taken cared of. Good news! A majority of our services do come with a guarantee. Please be sure that you follow the guidelines on your estimate, work order, or invoice for your service(s). If you are in any doubt, give our offices a call and we will be more than happy to clarify how the guarantee system works and if you are eligible for a guarantee.
That is a great question! If you are inquiring on our pest control services, we have a couple of options, however, a formal estimate is not necessary (unless you are a commercial account/property). All ground maintenance services do require an (free) in-person estimate to evaluate the size of your yard and to determine the necessary options to ensure the work gets done accordingly. Irrigation and sprinkler work will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. Be advised, if you need a sprinkler check/assessment, this service typically does not require an estimate but does have a service fee to have our crew members check sprinkler programming and functionality (includes some minor repairs). Any system installations, major overhauls or repairs will require a (free) estimate. Please note, the estimates do not include an assessment of your sprinkler/irrigation system. If you have any questions or concerns, please call our office for clarification.
Due to the nature of each of our services, various services may be performed at different times. A representative from the respective department for services you requested will be in touch with you as soon as possible to schedule you for services. Some services are extremely exclusive and availability fills quickly and we ask that you inquire or approve services as soon as possible to accommodate you accordingly. If you wish to be removed from the waitlist, please let us know as soon as possible so that we may continue serving each one of our waiting customers. Plants, Terrain, and Structures are the primary components to creating or renovating and revitalizing a home’s outdoor appearance. Don’t worry though, we got you covered! We are your one stop stop all under one roof.
We know things come up or the weather tends to act up, that’s why we allow services to be rescheduled at least 24 hours in advance. If you reschedule or cancel the day of your service, just be advised that we do charge a $25 fee ($35 if on weekends) for those same-day cancellations. If you need to cancel a service or want to skip a service, give a call the day before so we can accommodate you for another day. Be aware that different services, especially large projects might have other terms, so either give us a call or refer to your service agreement or estimate for details on rescheduling or cancelling services.
For most of our services, payment must be remitted prior to the service, or if you are paying with check or cash, prior to our crew member(s) performing the service upon the crew member(s) arrival. There is a Net 10 policy for all services, unless special arrangements have been made. If payment has not been received (mailed stamped) within 10 days of the service, a fee of 12.9% of the remaining balance or $10 will be applied each month (whichever is greater), until the remaining amount is paid in full. Please refer to your service agreement, estimate, or work order for details on your payment terms. If you have any questions or concerns, please give us a call so that we can clarify your terms.
Thank you for considering Delta for your ground maintenance needs! Unfortunately, currently we are unable to accept new residential estimate for regular ground maintenance work. One-time services may be available, but space is very limited. You are more than welcome to call our offices to inquire on the availability of a one-time ground maintenance service. Please note that due to the nature of our work, Delta and its affiliates are not liable for any damage to property. We pride ourselves on being different than the rest, and safety is no exception. We do our absolute best to ensure the safety of our customers, crew members, and all associated property. The customer assumes the risks involved with the services rendered. It is the customer’s and bystanders’ responsibility to be mindful of our crew’s presence, as much as it is ours. Please move any vehicles or other property from areas that are to be serviced. If you happen to be in an area where our crews are working and your vehicle or property are damaged because of our crews, please be aware, that Delta is not responsible for any damages. Our crews are trained and do not purposefully intend to damage property, and we understand that things happen, however, because of the nature of what our work entails, we are providing a word of caution in advance.
We are glad to know fluffy is part of the family! In terms of scheduling, we do not have issues scheduling your service with pets at home, if somebody is present to attend to any pets while we are on your property. If nobody is home, we ask that you please plan accordingly, otherwise we cannot perform any services in areas where pets have access. Smaller pets (i.e., turtles, etc.) must be kept in enclosed areas for us to service the property. We do our best to ensure all gates are closed upon our departure, however, we are not liable for any lost pets; please ensure you check your gates before releasing your pet(s).
Unfortunately, we cannot control the weather, but fortunately we will not penalize you for rescheduling due to inclement weather (upon our discretion). Because Delta’s services are reliant on the weather, we do our best to notify customers ahead of hand if we expect to have inclement weather. Be advised, rescheduling can occur the day of your service and we might have to reschedule your service(s). There will not be a fee for us having to reschedule you the day of your service(s), and you will get priority when rescheduling. Thank you for your understanding, we do our utmost to ensure we accommodate everyone accordingly.

Ground maintenance is the process of maintaining care of and improving the state of an outdoor facility, property, or yard presentable; often involving mowing of lawns, pruning of trees, trimming of shrubs, cleaning weeds, and disposing of landscape debris such as leaves, lawn clippings, and branches. Lawn care is the process of caring for or treating lawns, turf, or soil. Lawn care often involves fertilizing, treatment of grubs or fungus, and weed control.
The monthly Lawn and Ornamental Program (L&O) is our most exclusive and popular program which offers a variety of services throughout the year. The L&O program helps ensure your yard, lawn and plants around your home remain in tip-top shape throughout the year. With the program, you will receive one to two services, at your discretion, every single month throughout the calendar year, all for a great program price. The program is designed around climate, pests, and other influencing factors that could affect your yard, trees, and plants. Depending on the time of year, we will provide your yard with the necessary treatments like foliar sprays, fertilizing, winterizing, or weed control. Landscaping one’s yard has many factors that can affect price, timeline, and necessary equipment to re- imagine a yard. It all depends on what structures, plants, and the kind of terrain we are dealing with. Not to worry, because at Delta Pest Control and Lawn Service, we provide free live or virtual estimates to give you an idea of what you will be looking at. Remember, it is a process, so we greatly appreciate your patience and understanding during this exciting time.
We do provide both, however both are based on availability or material, season, and current waitlist customers. If you are interested, please feel free to reach out to us for more information. At this time, we are currently not providing artificial turf estimates due to an extended waitlist for material. Sod has been backordered until further notice, but we can offer other alternatives to help get your yard looking as clean and green as possible. We do accept checks through mail, in-person, or over-the-phone payments. If you are wanting to pay with a credit card, please give us a call to provide your information for payment. Every invoice that is emailed contains a link to pay that invoice. Unless you request to be billed per service, you will receive an invoice and statement in your email from Delta with links to pay online. If you are paying with cash, please be advised, our crew members do NOT carry change; we ask that you either provide exact change, request the remainder to be applied to your account as a credit, or pay with an alternative form of payment.
A customer’s services might be suspended or put on hold for a variety of reasons. Most of the time, services are suspended until the balance on a customer’s account is paid in full or until arrangements are made for removing suspension. If you are having this issue, please give us a call so that we can look into your account and get you squared away. We get it, we are all forgetful!

Oh no, we are sorry to hear you want to cancel. We thank you for giving us a chance, just be sure you call our offices to let us know with ample time and send us a written email with your request to cancel all services. Just remember that if you cancel a service the day of, there is a fee of $25 ($35 on weekends) for the service we are having to cancel. For larger projects or dependent on the services you were expected to have, there might be additional fees for provisions. Just refer to your service agreement or estimate for details on cancellations. If in doubt, give us a call and we will help clarify for you.
